Vietnam's Tet are like a japanese "Syougatu" We hawe rest in last year 1 week for new year 1 week.total 2weeks.
"soyougatu" is three days of new year. Many people in japan will go to worship at a temple,or a jinja. Then,many japanese young woman wear "haregi"of Kimono. japanese traitional dress.
In "shougatu"we will visit our relative too. and then japanese children get "otoshidama". "otoshidama" is New year gift money from their pairents, their relatives,sometimes familiar adult. I think Japan like Vietnam too.
many japanese people Buddhism but we have also costom of Christmas,Valentine's day.
I think hot Vietnam(~o~;) the weather in Japan today,fine but weather turned chilly(+_+)

I see, in Honduras is the same... I think it's because of the high rate of poverty here. Many people that don't wanna work, prefer to do worse things like killing, stealing, selling drugs, and so on.
I also think that, vietnamese people are very kind and friendly! ^^ here is the same, as u said ^^
and not, I'll finish my 3rd year in this period, in december. I'll begin my 4th year next year, in january :P
I started classes today, but we have some serious problems here.
The expresident Mel Zelaya arrived Honduras and he's trying to cause problems to most of people here. That's why we have a curfew until tomorrow
They think the most people is supporting him, but they're just a very small part of us. Hope we can solve this soon because we afraid a war... Venezuela has missiles, and Hugo Chavez is supporting Mel, too. He possibly could use them to help Mel.
We don't wanna he returns to Government either; because, you know, he'll become a dictator... (T-T)
well, I live in countryside ^^U didn't tell u? haha and cities are small, and near to countryside, so it's easy to find those animals near to road here >_

It happened a tragedy here 2 days ago. A man killed other man in a party... seems the man wanted to protect himself from other man because he wanted to kill him. I knew the two men. I feel very sad for both of them u_u and their families.
Although, this kind of situations are usual here :S My state is known as: "Land where life is worth nothing" because lot of people solve their problems killing the people who cause them. Government can't control this one :(
People from other states think that we are bad persons. Of course, we're not all bad persons :) but it's their first impression haha XD
my dad did quotation/price about the repair, and price in the agency that he bought the car was around 5000$, so he decided to repair it in another place... in this other place, he's paid 1000$ for now, maybe he needs to pay other more 1000 or 1500$. but it's less expensive! and maybe the same work as agency.
it was a ox... in this country you can find animals (like horses, cows) roaming near the road; of course, it's very dangerous, so we need to be carefull about it.
yep, my friends are planning a meeting XP we'll go to a turistic place where we can eat delicious typical food from here, and doing some activities more :)
haha thanks a lot, hope so~ but the problems now are all the fault of the deposed president and if he doesn't stop all he's doing to us, our problems will stay even though there is a new government after this (because elections are in November).
yesterday, my brother crashed the car with an animal in the road... and my mother are very angry because he didn't care. With this political situation is very hard and we have several expenses... the cost is high (around 3000 USD, and our currency is very devalued, you can understand that's too expensive for us).
(I don't know how to solve the problem of to approve ur comments... u_u)
yea, we can't blame to others by our faults. that student showed his immaturity, that is bad :( and I'm sorry for the poor teacher... :( I'm sad because the student ruined his own life and he ruined the teacher's life... (-_-)
in my country... U.S. Embassy canceled visa issuance, and we didn't go to Embassy to issue my grandmother's visa and I don't know if we'll go to U.S. for vacations in December... (T-T) haha and recently U.S. cut off economic aid to Honduras because of the ex-president.... XD he's desperate to be president again, but I hope new Government doesn't play his stupid game.
